AS I ENTER my 42nd year, I often tell anyone who will listen that I will be forever young. But let’s be real—my body and hormones have undergone some unexpected changes. This journey has led me to dive deep into understanding and learning all I can about perimenopause, menopause, and all the secrets to longevity and resilience against ageing.

The past few years have been a ride. I’ve consulted doctors, naturopaths, psychologists, and dietitians, and I’ve had countless conversations with friends.
