FRASER Coast Motor Centre has been awarded the Ford’s President Award as the number one Ford Dealership in Regional Australia.

In a coup for our region, Fraser Coast Ford was voted the best from an overall pool of more than one-hundred and fifty dealerships nationally.

‘We are the oldest Ford dealership in the country and to be given this award is a huge testament to our dedicated staff and our valued customers’ Dealer Principal Dan Foley said.

‘What is unique to a dealership like ours, is that we have multiple businesses within a business’.

‘We have a new car business, a pre-loved car business, a finance, service and parts business. They all operate as an individual business’.

‘To win the Dealer of the Year Award, you need to win in each of those categories, month-to-month. Consistency of service delivery is the cornerstone of it all’.

Since joining Fraser Coast Motor Centre as the Dealer Principal, Dan has focussed on key areas to ultimately provide a greater customer experience.

‘We have really focussed on two things. On ourselves and also on the community’.

‘We have fifty-three staff members here and investing in their growth as individuals is paramount’.

‘Our customers are our business and that doesn’t just mean our retail car sale customers. Our manufacturing partners are customers, our trade partners are customers, our fleet partners are customers and our service clients are customers’.
